About us
M from Mallorca we are Xisco Durán, Gabriel Palmer and Sonia Santandreu and we openly and proudly declare ourselves “Roqueta Lovers” .
The three of us come from the world of graphic design and illustration.
In 2014 we had our first contact with screen printing and we fell in love with this printing technique. We started fooling around with her and one thing led to another. In 2020, M de Mallorca was born as a brand.
During those years we created designs inspired by the identity of Mallorca but we still did not have a clear idea of how to express ourselves.
One day, talking to an American friend, he told us in his typical accent: “Demà anam a fer un Capfico?” And that was what just unleashed the spark.
From there was born the need to create an “emotional” (emotional dictionary) that could collect everything that identifies and moves us in a very intimate and familiar way. It's those words, bits of identity, traditions and corners of our island that we like to show our friends who visit us.
In May 2022 we started to produce our first designs and here we are.
In our professions we had never manufactured products that could create waste since we had always dedicated ourselves to the world of services and that was the next point to resolve. We started looking for manufacturers of t-shirts and other materials according to our philosophy. Environmentally friendly products, water-based inks and zero plastic waste in packaging.
We want to continue designing better every day and make our project continue to grow with our enthusiasm.
